Here's all the information you'll need for Prog On The Ranch!

"Prog On The Ranch" will take place from Friday February 3rd, to Sunday February 5th 2023.  Our address is: The Crimson Sky Ranch, Phillips Rd, Masaryktown, FL 34604. Gates will open each day at 8am.

NOTE:  We strongly suggest that all musicians who are performing on The Grid arrive on Thursday or plan to be here very early on Friday morning as the Music will begin at approximately 9:30am.  Thursday is our

load-in day for tent campers and those with RV's to set up.  All are welcome to join us as we set up

the stages, do sound checks for each featured band, and get everything ready to go for the weekend.

For Thursday's first  get-together of the weekend, we will be serving up a huge FREE barbecue dinner for whomever is here, and plan on some live music on our new "open mic stage" in the afternoon, and around

the fire-pit on Thursday night (weather permitting).  Everyone is welcome!!

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This is a one-of-a-kind event, the main genre being progressive rock (which is how this whole thing began),

but many genre's of music will be performed by over 80 musicians from all over the USA and beyond!!

We have two stages, fully equipped with pro sound & lighting.  A team of Stage Coordinators as well as excellent Sound & Lighting Engineers will all work together to keep the music flowing efficiently, and sounding great!  Since we have THREE FULL DAYS of live performances here at the ranch, we should collectively be able to perform approximately 75 - 80 songs on The Grid throughout the weekend. This is partially dependent on the weather being favorable of course, although the music will continue "rain or shine".

FOOD, DRINKS, ETC:  A full country breakfast/brunch buffet will be served from 9:00am until 10:30am on Friday & Saturday morning, and a light continental breakfast on Sunday morning.  We will also have four excellent food vendors on the property with a great selection of food and beverages from Noon until 9pm.

We will not be serving alcoholic drinks but you're welcome to bring your own.

Bottled water, coffee & tea will be available at no cost throughout the Event.

If you have any special dietary needs, please let us know in advance.

COST:  There is one single gate fee of $85 per person for the entire THREE DAY live music event.  Your gate pass includes a delicious home cooked breakfast buffet each morning, prepared by our griddle team.

Your gate fee helps us to recover a percentage of the costs involved, including.....  food, beverages, band fees, equipment rental, sound, lighting, seating, electricity, sanitary facilities, dumpster & septic services, plus fertilizing & reseeding the pasture after the event, and much more.

TRANSPORTATION & HOTEL: The best way to get here from Tampa Airport is to take Uber, a taxi, or another car service.  If you are renting a car, we're really easy to find, just be sure you have GPS, or call us for the best directions.  We're around 35 miles north of the Tampa Airport via the Suncoast Parkway.

-------------------------------------------

For those of you who have inquired about camping....  you are very welcome to stay with us at the ranch at no additional charge!  We have 20 acres to stake out your own campsite, and we will actively help you procure tents and RV's, sleeping bags, and equipment.   If you're looking for more traditional accommodations, we recommend the Hampton Inn on Commercial Blvd in Spring Hill which is very reasonable and very clean.

-------------------------------------------

"Prog On The Ranch" is a private event, which takes place on private property, and is by INVITATION ONLY.  However, we want to see YOU here, so please contact us directly if you would like to attend.

See you at the Ranch!!!
