PLEASE NOTE: We suggest that all musicians performing on The Grid arrive on Thursday the 26th
or plan to be here very early on Friday morning as the music will begin at approximately 9:00am.
Thursday is our load-in day for tent campers and those with RV's to set up. All are welcome to join
us as we set up the stages, and get everything ready to go for the weekend, and around

the fire-pit on Thursday evening (weather permitting). Everyone is welcome!!

USEFUL INFORMATION
OUT IN THE PASTURE: We have two beautiful rustic concert stages in the pasture. Our Stage Team
and Sound & Light Engineers work together all weekend to keep the music flowing & sounding terrific!
Since we will have THREE FULL DAYS & NIGHTS of live music here at the ranch, we will likely be
able to perform approximately 50 to 60 songs on The Grid throughout the weekend. This will partially
depend on the weather being favorable, although the live music will continue "rain or shine".
-------------------------------------------
FOOD, DRINKS, ETC: A healthful country breakfast buffet will be served from 8:00am until 9:00am on both
Friday & Saturday morning, as well as a light continental breakfast on Sunday morning. We will also have
four or five fantastic food trucks on the property with a terrific selection of food and beverages from Noon
until 9pm. Bottled water, coffee & tea will be available at no cost throughout the Event. And we will have
Licensed Bartenders serving alcoholic drinks, however you are welcome to bring your own.
*** If you have any special dietary needs, please let us know in advance. ***
-------------------------------------------
COSTS: Your basic gate pass of $120 per person is for the entire THREE DAY music event. Your gate pass
includes a healthful home cooked breakfast each morning, prepared by our voluntary grill & food service team.
Your gate pass helps us to recover a percentage of the costs involved; including food, beverages, band fees,
equipment, sound, lights, seating, electricity, sanitary facilities, tree service, dumpster & septic services.
If you are staying at the ranch in an RV, there's a ONE TIME $60 FEE for the ENTIRE three days (not per day)
This will help us to recover our costs of fertilizing & reseeding the rear cow pasture after the event.
This one time fee covers you whether you stay with us for a day, or an entire week! Not a bad deal.
  -------------------------------------------
TRAVEL & HOTEL: The best way to get here from Tampa Airport is to take Uber, Lyft, Taxi or other car service.
If you are renting a car, we're really easy to find, just be sure you have GPS, or call us for the best directions.
We are 35 miles north of the Tampa Airport via the Suncoast Parkway. For hotel accommodations, we
recommend the Hampton Inn on US19 in Spring Hill which is very reasonable, clean, and nearby.
  -------------------------------------------
CAMPING: For those who have inquired about tent camping.... you are very welcome to stay with us at
NO additional charge! We have acres & acres to stake out a campsite. We will also provide tents & sleeping bags
for NO additional charge as well. And we will help you procure an RV if you need assistance with that.
  -------------------------------------------

YOU'RE INVITED!! This is a private event on private property, and is by invitation only.
However, we would love to have you join us for Prog On The Ranch 2026. So please feel
free to contact us directly at: crimsson444@usa.net for more info if you would like to attend.

See you at the Ranch!!!
